Privacy policy

Effective October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BNDLSS, LLC, doing business as HOMEROOM (“HOMEROOM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information through homeroom.agency (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. Work we do for clients is covered by our client agreements.

1. Information we collect

a. What you send us

When you fill out a form or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That includes:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, message, and how you heard about us

  • Brand intake form: your name, email address, brand name, website, what you sell, revenue stage, the platforms you use, the scope you’re interested in, notes on your brand voice, and anything else you add

  • Emails you send to us

b. What’s collected automatically

Our website platform, Framer, records basic information about visits so we can see how the Site is used and keep it running. This includes things like pages viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We don’t use cookies to do this. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to you and follow up on your inquiry

  • To understand your brand and prepare for a conversation with you

  • To understand how people use the Site and improve it

  • To keep the Site and our forms secure and free of spam

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. Sending us a form doesn’t sign you up for marketing emails.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only so they can do that work for us:

  • Framer, which hosts the Site, processes form submissions, and provides site analytics

  • Google Workspace, which runs our email

  • Slack, which we use to notify our team when a form comes in

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or other business transfer.

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s useful to the conversation it started. If we go on to work together, it becomes part of our client records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@homeroom.agency. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional privacy rights. We’ll respond within the time the law requires, and we won’t treat you differently for making a request.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through our forms.

7. Children

The Site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.

8. Where your information goes

HOMEROOM is based in the United States, and our team works remotely, including from outside the United States. Your information may be accessed from those locations.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
