Terms of use

Terms of use

Effective October 13, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to homeroom.agency (the “Site”), operated by BNDLSS, LLC, doing business as HOMEROOM (“HOMEROOM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site tells you about HOMEROOM and the services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services. Any work we do together is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything here.

2. Our content

The text, design, images, and the HOMEROOM name and logo on the Site belong to us or the people who license them to us. You’re welcome to view and share links to the Site. Please don’t copy, republish, or reuse our content without written permission.

3. Brand names and logos

Brand names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners. We show them to identify brands we work with or have worked with. Showing them doesn’t mean those brands endorse us or anything else on the Site.

4. What you send us

When you send us information through a form or by email, you confirm that it’s accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending us information doesn’t create a client relationship or a confidentiality agreement. If you need to share confidential material, ask us about an NDA first.

5. Using the Site

Please don’t:

  • Use the Site for anything unlawful

  • Send spam, automated submissions, or misleading information through our forms

  • Try to disrupt the Site, get around its security, or access parts of it you aren’t meant to

  • Scrape or copy the Site in bulk

6. Links to other sites

The Site may link to sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

7. No guarantees

The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be error-free or always online. Examples and outcomes described on the Site aren’t a promise of specific results for your brand.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HOMEROOM isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post changes here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
